Well as of today things are coming together quite nicely for the lead up to the build of both gardens.
Our shining jewel like pyramids are presently been created by Tim our echomap sculptor I will post more details about them with pictures later.
The specimen plants from Spain are now basking in the lack of English sun must be hell of a shock for them ! No doubt Clive Scott will talk to them nicely to make them welcome to his nursery while he his tending the rest of our plant stock for both gardens.
I have today talked to abstract artist Martin Bush down in Plymouth who is creating some bespoke art work for our chimeric prints which will sit sit the rear of the garden at Hampton and will have pride of place in the Tatton garden looking forward to seen them.
I expect some of you would be interested in our plant list which is yet to be finalised but to wet your appetite here are a few of the plants sitting at Clive Scott’s Nursery.
all were split several weeks ago and are now romping along we still are looking for a few strugs mainly euphoria wulfenii, who knew ! there was a shortage of this wonderful plant in Cheshire, 5 years ago you couldn’t move for them cos it was the designers plant now its a euphorbia wulfenii wasteland .
I have also sorted out our work-schedule for the build which will be interesting, because as we are attending the show at Hampton we should also be building our Tatton garden, so I think we may need to clone ourselves or find a time machine laying around which needs to be put to good use.
